The first step is to Complete the PRELIMINARY APPLICATION.

If your preliminary application is approved, we will notify you via email and send you a link to complete the full application.

We will review your application and IF YOUR APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED, WE WILL CONTACT YOU to arrange a time to discuss the details of your specific situation.

 

Qualification eligibility is contingent upon the following criteria:

 

• VETERANS with a service connected qualifying physical disability that impacts their daily life with/without PTSD.

• FIRST RESPONDERS with service connected qualifying physical disability that impacts their daily life with/without PTSD.

• Determination that a service dog is necessary and can assist the applicant.

• Verification that the service dog can perform the specific tasks required by the applicant.

• Confirmation that the applicant possesses the physical and mental capacity to independently care for and handle the service dog.

• Applicants with felony convictions, a history of domestic violence, or any sexual offenses are not eligible.

• Applicants involved in animal mistreatment, abuse, neglect, or cruelty are not eligible.
