MISSION
Owen Care is devoted to training and providing the highest quality service dogs dedicated to improving the independence and self-esteem of veterans and first responders with mobility with/without PTSD and children and adults with mobility impairments. This commitment is realized through the training, provision, and long-term care offered by the Owen Care Service Dog Program.

Envisioning a world of inclusion where service dogs bring strength and solace to people with disabilities. Our vision is to build communities of resilience, hope, and transformative companionship.

Owen Care is committed to preserving and respecting the bond between humans and dogs by ensuring every dog's mental and physical well-being is aligned with the global guidelines set forth by the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH).
